Based in Newcastle, Australia, Aurora is the Hunter Region’s leading independent NDIS provider for Support Coordination and Self-Management Support. Aurora team members have combined our personal and professional experience to offer an authentic voice on disability matters and to promote an accessible, socially just and inclusive society.
Our team of Support Coordinators strive for a society with no gaps, where all people with disability live the lives they choose as active and valued citizens.
We work in partnership with people with disability and their families to assist them to build their skills, knowledge and confidence to exercise choice and control in their lives.
Our practice is person centred and utilises a strengths-based approach that seeks to discover the gifts, talents and passions of each person we work with.
